From your account you can take a 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day pause, or exclude yourself for six months or permanently. The platform asks you to confirm a second time, then the decision is final for the duration you chose. Nobody on the team can lift it. During an exclusion you receive no promotional email.
What the platform watches

The platform observes patterns that are known risk signals and responds in steps: information first, then a suggestion, then friction, then a person, then a suspension. Every intervention is logged. Your own dashboard shows what you spent, what you won and the net over 7, 30 and 90 days, in real money, with a history you can export.

Your birth date is requested when you create an account and cannot be edited afterwards. Until your age is confirmed you can browse but not take part.
