For organizers
Sell to collectors who can check your draw.
Publish graded cards, raw cards, lots and sealed products as razz or auctions. The platform runs the board, the reservations, the draw and the paperwork. You describe the item and you ship it.
What you publish
Four categories, real photos, rules that stop moving.
- Graded cards
- Raw cards
- Lots
- Sealed products
Photos of the actual item, a description, a price per spot and a number of spots. The rules of a sale are fixed when you publish and never change afterwards, which is what makes them worth reading.
If a board's total exceeds the item's reference value by more than 20%, you see a warning before publishing. It warns; it does not block.
How you get in
Reviewed by a person, activated by you.
- 01
Create an account
Confirm your email, attest your age and choose the handle collectors will see. It is yours for good.
- 02
Apply from the app
Your name, your province, what you sell, your experience, optional links and three commitments. A few minutes, once.
- 03
Turn on two factors
An admin reviews the application. Once accepted, you activate organizer access yourself with an authenticator app. No email link ever grants it.
What the platform takes care of
You never run a draw again.
-
The board
Numbered spots, ten-minute reservations, automatic release of unpaid ones, partial results when two people want the same spot.
-
The draw
Committed before the first sale, revealed after the last, replayable by anyone. You have no hand in its result, and buyers can see that.
-
The guard rails
Every buyer's limits, pauses and exclusions apply to your sales too, before payment. One set of rules for razz and auctions alike.
-
The record
Reservations, releases, bids and draws go into an append-only, timestamped log. A dispute is read from it, not argued from memory.
Money
Your account, your payout, nothing in between.
- Funds move through your own connected account with the payment provider. The Golden Vault never holds a balance for you or for buyers.
- A single platform commission, shown before you publish.
- New organizers are paid after delivery. As winners rate you, payouts come earlier.
- A dispute freezes the payout of that sale, and only that sale, until it is settled.
Your side
Three commitments, written into the agreement.
- You publish only items you own, described faithfully, with photos of the item that will ship.
- You never take part in your own sales, directly or through a linked account.
- You ship with tracking and mark the shipment in the app. The winner confirms reception.
